At Zaraf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Zaraf account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
